The Street and Traffic Division's mission is to provide the residents of Visalia with the highest quality service by maintaining, repairing and replacing streets, sidewalks, traffic signs and signals. Your safety while traveling the road system is our priority.

The Fleet Division manages the motorized fleet and fleet support services to cost effectively provide safe, reliable vehicles and equipment for all City departments.
